It uses evidence-based lifestyle therapy to prevent, treat and often reverse chronic diseases like type 2 diabetes, obesity, high blood pressure/cholesterol and mental health issues which have been caused by lifestyle factors such as nutrition, physical activity, poor sleep habits and substance abuse.

Elrina and her clients work together using the client’s values, mind-set and ideas combined with her expertise and support to find a new approach to longer healthy living. You will be individually assessed and a programme tailor made for your needs and priorities. This might simply be a general desire to stay healthy for life, enhance your energy levels, increase your physical activity or to sleep better or a more specific requirement to improve a chronic health condition by losing weight, cutting back on alcohol or giving up smoking.

After 4 visits to the Physio department at the hospital, I was signed off but there was no improvement. My GP said it was something I would have to live with for the rest of my life which is when I looked for an alternative treatment.

After 3 visits to Elrina the swelling was considerably better and over time my calf muscle and knee movement has returned to normal. I cannot thank her enough and would recommend her to anyone.
